Responsibilities and duties:

- Reporting to General Manager.
- Mechanical Engineer with HVAC Experience.
- Management experience.
- Financial capabilities ( able to read and analyze financial statements,financial reports,cash flaw,etc)
- Approaching personally by introducing our business relation prospective via events, seminars with potential consultants, architects, construction companies, Industrial and project development companies.
- Working out closely with various potential means in order to develop business contacts, thus marketing Saudi Aircon to achieve targeted sales.
- Manage the preparation of Pre-qualification Submission and Tender Proposals.
- Develop workable and viable structures for joint venture companies in the aspect of financial, taxation, legal, operations and management.
- Draft the Letter of Intent (LOI), Heads of Agreement (HOA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) if required for the tender participation.
- Administer the preparation MOU with potential partners .
- Analyze the competitors and devise a winning strategy .
- Age 40-45

Skills

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- HVAC experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC field
- Fluent English
- Management and leadership skills
- Computer skills
- Age from 40 to 45
- Financial skills
